The service offered by NOW lets the user receive complete or partial shipments of ordered quantities, along with quality control. In the event that a product does not comply with the company’s standards or requirements, he can manage returns and all related documentation. The service provided can be tailored to the user, who can define different templates depending on the order type. Furthermore, the company  can enter fast orders and in a matrix format, customizing the user interface of the header and the evolution of the order’s lifecycle, by acting on other different parameters such as the optimal order quantity,  minimum stock levels and the supplier’s delivery lead times. NOW’s final goal for the purchasing process is to allow the company to accurately manage the order along its process, from entry of a requisition to receiving.
