Datatex CATS is a specialized solution used for recording of defects during fabric inspection. It allows online recording inspection related other events. It is very easy to use for Operators.
It can be configured as per End Customer Requirements in terms of Defect Points, Meter per roll, Cuttable defects, etc. Once configured, it creates the Cut Plan with an Optimization Tool for maximizing the yield of first quality fabric.
A highly useful tool to increase the Inspection Department efficiency and availability all the related information – Inspector, Shift apart from defect mapping in each roll. When integrated with NOW, all the information is available in NOW which enriches the ERP with the data and which can be used for analyzing the defects with back tracking of machines on which it was run, processing lot it belongs and so on.
CATS will be used for Loom State fabric inspection and finished fabric inspection.
