Established in 1923, Standfast & Barracks is one of the most versatile and innovative fabric printers in the world. From their state-of-the-art factory in Lancaster, UK, they provide traditional rotary and flatbed and screen-printing techniques, alongside ground-breaking digital ink jet technology.
Standfast & Barracks, part of Sanderson Design Group PLC, is renowned in the interiors industry for its ability to deliver flexible, efficient, and reliable fabric printing solutions.
Standfast & Barracks’ program of continuous improvement has led them to adopt Datatex’s NOW ERP Solution for better business process efficiencies for a more effective global competitiveness.
In particular, Standfast & Barracks have selected, amongst others, the following modules:
COSTING for cost variance awareness when the same product can be produced utilising different printing technologies in varying quantities.
PLANT MAINTENANCE to record plant management related activities through improved scheduling of available resources.
PDM to collect and organise all documentation and data related to the entire Product Life Cycle.
MQM for more accurate production scheduling through user definable rules and a user-friendly graphical Gantt chart interface.
