Eschler is a competent partner for innovative warp knitted fabrics with technical purposes.
Fabrics for the medical and orthopedic sectors, carrier materials for laminates and coatings, cleaning textiles, smart textiles and numerous other special developments are manufactured.
Eschler offers a range of products from two-dimensional qualities such as velours, nets, elastic knitted fabrics and loop fabrics to the three-dimensional area of innovative spacer fabrics.
Due to the order-related production, Eschler can optimally respond to special requests and implement the special requirements of customers.
Since the perfect management of all processes is fundamental for the group, it decided to replace their ERP system from the Datatex TIM solution implemented more than 20 years ago with Datatex NOW ERP.
Eschler will also use Datatex MQM, Datatex NOW module optimizing machine scheduling allowing to provide accurate on time delivery and increase efficiency CAMS, the Datatex MES solution which monitors production progress in automatic or semi-automatic form, will also be implemented to reduce human errors and optimize scheduling and production tracking with real time data.
Eschler Technical Textile decided also to adopt Business Intelligence tools, that will enable them to explore data from different areas and sources, run effective analysis and create reports.
