Hornwood Inc. is a family-owned is a service-oriented, solution based vertical manufacturer of warp and circular knitted fabrics. Hornwood’s manufacturing processes include warping, knitting, dyeing, finishing, face finishing, and inspection, along with a fully functional color development and physical testing lab. Hornwood thrives on driving innovation and creating value for all customers.
Hornwood has been in continuous operation since 1946 and focuses on innovation to create higher value for its customers and offers sustainable solutions.
To improve processes, they decided to adopt Datatex solution NOW ERP. The scope includes the modules Costing to calculate both standard and real cost, Quality to ensure quality checks on products, Finance for fiscal visibility and control, and MQM (Machine Queue Management) for increasing scheduling efficiency and improving delivery date accuracy.
